M10 Small Group Ministry

At M10, our mission is to follow the model of Jesus by building disciples through intentional, relational, and replicable small groups. Inspired by Christ’s investment in a few to reach the many, we focus on cultivating communities no larger than twelve—just as Jesus did—where every member is known, equipped, and empowered to grow in faith and leadership.

Our goal is not simply to gather but to grow groups that grow more groups. Each M10 group is a spiritual greenhouse where biblical teaching, authentic fellowship, prayer, and accountability flourish. As members mature in Christ, they are encouraged to step out and form new groups, multiplying the reach of the Gospel one circle at a time.

We believe that real transformation happens in close community. And by multiplying healthy, Spirit-led groups, we aim to ignite a movement of disciples who make disciples—until every neighborhood, school, and city echoes with the sound of the Kingdom advancing.
Why We Exist
We believe spiritual growth happens best in circles, not rows. That’s why we’re building resources, tools, and training to help leaders like you start and sustain Christ-centered small groups.

What We Believe
The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is sufficient for all matters of faith, doctrine, and life.
2 Timothy 3:16–17; Psalm 19:7; Hebrews 4:12
Humanity & Sin
We believe all people are made in the image of God, yet through Adam’s fall, all have sinned and are under God’s just wrath. Salvation is needed by all and comes only through Christ.
Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12–19; Ephesians 2:1–3
God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power and glory.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Salvation
We believe salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. It is not earned by works but is the free gift of God. True faith results in a transformed life.
Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9; James 2:17
Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for sinners, rose bodily from the grave, and now reigns at the right hand of the Father.
John 1:1–14; Philippians 2:5–11; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4
The Church
We believe in the local church as the gathered body of believers under the lordship of Christ. The church exists to worship God, proclaim the gospel, make disciples, and practice baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
Acts 2:42–47; Matthew 28:19–20; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26
The Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit regenerates the heart, convicts of sin, and indwells believers. He empowers us to live holy lives and gives spiritual gifts for the building up of the Church.
Titus 3:5; Romans 8:9–11; 1 Corinthians 12:4–11
Christ's Return
We believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly to judge the living and the dead. God will establish a new heaven and new earth where His people will dwell with Him forever.
1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 21:1–4
